摘要
研究建立了采用QuEChERS前处理方式,GC-MS/MS法同时检测萝卜等根茎类蔬菜中7种菊酯类农药残留(高效氯氟氰菊酯、氟氯苯菊酯、联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、苯醚菊酯、溴氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯)的分析方法。7种菊酯类农药在0.01~2.0μg/mL浓度范围内有良好的线性,相关系数r均≥0.995;仪器检出限在0.006~0.017μg/kg范围内;样品在3个不同浓度水平的加标回收率均在83.2%~100.1%;精密度和重复性测试的相对标准偏差均在5%以内(n=6)。该方法前处理操作简单、快速,检测结果灵敏度高、准确性好,为萝卜等根茎类蔬菜中菊酯类农药残留的批量分析提供一种新的检测方法。
The concentration of seven pyrethroid pesticide residues(lambda-cyhalothrin, flumethrin, bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, phenothrin, deltamethrin and fenvalerate) in root vegetables had good linear relationships in the concentration range of 0.01μg/mL—2.0 μg/mL, with correlation coefficients all above 0.995. The detection limits were in the range of 0.006μg/kg—0.017 μg/kg. Sample recoveries in 3 different concentration levels were ranged from 83.2% to 100.1%. Relative standard deviation(RSD) of precision and repeatability were all less than or equal to 5%(n=6). This method is simple, fast, sensitive, accurate, and suitable for batch analysis of pyrethroid pesticide residues in root vegetables such as radish.
