上海市中心城区交叉口行人违法过街成因分析及改善对策研究

Analysis on the Causes of Illegal Crossing of Pedestrians at Intersections in Shanghai Downtown & Research on Improvement Countermeasures

针对行人过街交通违法行为导致的交通事故居高不下的问题,选取上海市中心城区典型交叉口进行道路实际调查。通过网络问卷调研对产生行人违法过街的主要影响因素进行深入调研,完成要因分析,针对性地设计了基于多级预警的行人过街提示系统,制定主要设备布设方法和系统多级预警方式。依托上海市行人过街提示系统升级改造项目进行实际应用,评估系统运行效果。结果表明,研究提出的行人过街提示系统能够有效降低交叉口行人违法过街的发生率,实施后发生率平均降低73%。

Aiming at the problem that traffic accidents caused by pedestrian crossing traffic violations remain high,the typical intersections in the central urban area of Shanghai are selected for actual road investigation.Through the online questionnaire survey,the main influencing factors of pedestrians crossing the street illegally are investigated in depth,the main cause analysis is completed,the pedestrian crossing reminder system based on multi-level early warning is designed in a targeted manner,and the main equipment layout methods and system multi-level early warning methods are formulated.Relying on the Shanghai pedestrian crossing reminder system upgrade & reconstruction project to carry out practical application and evaluate the operation effect of the system,the results show that the proposed pedestrian crossing reminder system can effectively reduce the incidence of illegal pedestrian crossings at intersections,and the incidence rate is reduced by an average of 73% after implementation.
