摘要 为解决传统管廊变形监测中人工成本高、效率低和频率受气候影响等问题,依托上海市软土地区某深大型基坑附近既有管廊的保护,开发设计1套管廊自动化监测及预警系统,利用物联网技术实现传感器自由组网、监测数据实时采集、无线数据快速传输、远程智能控制、自动化数据分析与处理。工程应用表明,该系统能在项目施工周期内全天候对综合管廊实时、可靠、精确地进行安全性监控,各项数据精度均满足管廊监测需求。该系统可应用于其他基础设施工程的变形监测,具有极强的应用推广价值。 To solve the problems of high labor cost,low efficiency and climate affected frequency in the deformation monitoring of traditional pipe gallery,relying on the protection of the existing utility tunnel near a deep and large foundation pit in soft soil area of Shanghai,an automatic monitoring and early warning system of utility tunnel is developed and designed,and the Internet of things technology is used to realize the free networking of sensors,real-time collection of monitoring data,rapid wireless data transmission remote intelligent control,automatic data analysis and processing.The engineering application shows that the system can carry out real-time,reliable and accurate safety monitoring of the comprehensive utility tunnel all day in the project construction cycle,and the accuracy of each data can meet the monitoring requirements of the utility tunnel.The system can be applied to the deformation monitoring of other infrastructure projects,and has strong application and popularization value.
