摘要 血管生成是许多组织和器官修复和再生的重要过程之一,血管生成不足与许多疾病密切相关。壳聚糖是可再生的海洋多糖,有极佳的理化性质和生物活性,能负载生长因子或干细胞,有助于治疗缺血性疾病和皮肤创伤,也能促进骨的再生或修复。本文概述了它相关的给药系统在促血管生成疗法中的作用,展示它在再生医学良好的应用前景。 Angiogenesis is one of the most important processes in repair and regeneration of many tissues and organs.Insufficient angiogenesis is closely associated with many diseases.Chitosan,derived from marine polysaccharide chitin and featuring physicochemical or biological activities,is widely functional as the vehicle for drugs or cell delivery systems.The article was intended to outline the roles that chitosan-based drug delivery systems played in proagiogentic therapy,showing a good application prospect in regenerative medicine.
