改良式二件式造口袋在男性尿失禁患者中的应用效果

The Effect of Modified Two-piece Pocket Making in the Patients with Incontinence in Men

目的探讨改良式二件式造口袋在男性尿失禁患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取广西钦州市第一人民医院重症医学科2019年4月至2020年6月收治的60例男性尿失禁患者为研究对象,并将其按照1~60进行编号,奇数为对照组,给予常规接尿方式进行常规护理,偶数为观察组,给予改良式二件式造口袋进行护理。比较两组患者的日常生活活动能力和并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组患者ADL评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的造口周围皮炎、尿路感染、自我形象紊乱等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良式二件式造口袋的使用可以有效的提高患者的日常生活活动能力,同时,也明显的降低了患者并发症发生率,极大地促进了患者的疾病恢复进度,值得在临床相关领域进行不断的推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of improved two-piece pouch in male patients with urinary incontinence.Methods 60 male patients with urinary incontinence in Department of Critical Care Medicine of Guangxi Qinzhou First People’s Hospital from April 2019 to June 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were numbered according to 1~60.The odd number was the control group,and the routine nursing was given by the routine way of receiving urine.The even number was the observation group,and the improved two-piece pouch was given for nursing.The activities of daily living and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the ADL score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of peristomal dermatitis,urinary tract infection,self-image disorder and other complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of improved two-piece pouch can effectively improve the activities of daily living of patients,and at the same time,it also significantly reduces the incidence of complications,and greatly promotes the progress of disease recovery of patients,which is worthy of continuous promotion and application in clinical related fields.
