“快针、手针、耳针”三联针法干预颈型颈椎病的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of“Quick Acupuncture,Hand Acupuncture and Ear Acupuncture”in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Disease

目的观察“快针、手针、耳针”三联针法干预颈型颈椎病的疼痛减轻程度、颈椎功能改善状况、红外热成像下体表温度变化等指标变化,从“疗效-症状-功能-生活质量”多维角度,客观评价其临床疗效、主观感觉症状和生活质量。方法选择2020年6月至2021年3月重庆市潼南区中医院收治的颈型颈椎病患者共60例作为研究对象,按照1:1随机分为传统针刺组和“快针、手针、耳针”三联针法组,采用颈痛量表和红外热成像检查相结合的方法进行临床评价。结果两个疗程治疗后,“快针、手针、耳针”的总有效率明显高于传统针刺组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两组治疗手段对颈型颈椎病都有很好的止痛效果,“快针、手针、耳针”三联针法的疗效优于常规针刺组,颈部疼痛改善效果在初次治疗后以“快针、手针、耳针”疗效更好,而多次治疗后,快针的颈椎功能改善状况较其他针法有效,耳针、手针针法的疼痛减轻程度明显优于针刺组,临床选择根据患者病情选择适当的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the pain relief degree,cervical function improvement,body surface temperature change under infrared thermal imaging and other indicators of“quick acupuncture,hand acupuncture and ear acupuncture”in the intervention of cervical spondylosis,and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy,subjective sensory symptoms and quality of life from the multi-dimensional perspective of“curative effectsymptomatic function-quality of life”.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in Chongqing Tongnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into traditional acupuncture group and“quick acupuncture,hand acupuncture and ear acupuncture”triple acupuncture group according to 1:1.The clinical evaluation was carried out by combining neck pain scale with infrared thermal imaging examination.Results After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of“quick acupuncture,hand acupuncture and ear acupuncture”was significantly higher than that of traditional acupuncture group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both groups have good analgesic effect on cervical spondylosis.The overall effect of“quick acupuncture,hand acupuncture and ear acupuncture”is better than that of traditional acupuncture group.After the first treatment,“quick acupuncture,hand acupuncture and ear acupuncture”is more effective than other acupuncture methods.After many times of treatment,the improvement of cervical vertebrae function of fast needle was more effective than other acupuncture methods,and the pain relief degree of ear needle and hand needle was obviously better than that of acupuncture group.
