摘要
为进一步提高BIM技术的建模效率,文章提出一种新型的基于BIM技术的"双模块化"(DMM)建模方法,即"层模块划分法"和"构件模块划分法"。"层模块"是指根据建筑、结构施工图各标准层的特点,重新组织规划建模顺序,使建模工作思路更加清晰顺畅。"构件模块"是指根据构件间的相互依附关系,对建模构件进行标准模块化任务分解,可实现多人交叉并行建模。文章采用不同建模方式进行建模效率对比,说明了"双模块化"建模方法相较于传统的建模方法能够极大地提高建模效率,适合在工程算量工作领域推广。
In order to improve the modeling efficiency,this paper presents a new "Double Modular Modeling Method"(DMM) based on BIM Technology,which includes "Layer Module Division Method" and "Component Module Division Method". "Layer Module" refers to reorganizing and planning the modeling sequence according to the characteristics of each standard layer of architectural and structural construction drawings, so as to make the modeling work more clear and smooth. "Component module" refers to the standard modular task decomposition of modeling components according to the interdependence between components, which can realize multi person cross parallel modeling.Finally, different modeling methods are used to compare the modeling efficiency, which shows that the "DMM" can greatly improve the modeling efficiency compared with the traditional modeling method and it is suitable to be popularized in the field of engineering quantity calculation.
