摘要
高质量教育是顺应个性发展的一种自由教育,高质量幼儿劳动教育能达成完满人格,实现“好的教育”。当前我国关于幼儿劳动教育的政策法规及规范性文件十分有限,幼儿劳动教育存在“内容窄化”“价值单一化”“体验浅表化”等现实误区。推进幼儿劳动教育高质量发展需要根据幼儿身心发展特点,以萌发劳动情感为核心目标,以自我服务性劳动、公益性劳动、亲子性劳动为内容范围,以“泛在”“在场”“集体”“整体”“建构”为实施原则,据此改善教育实践,贯通大中小幼劳动教育一体化。
High-quality education is a kind of liberal education that conforms to the development of personality.High-quality labor education in early childhood can shape a complete personality and achieve“good”education.However,policies and regulations on labor education are very limited.Labor education are often carried out in a“narrow”,“single-minded”and“superficial”way.To promote the high-quality development of labor education in early childhood,it is important to take into account the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development,to cultivate love for labor,and create activities in terms of self-service labor,public welfare labor,and parent-child labor.The principles of early childhood labor education should be“ubiquity”,“presence”,“collectivism”,“integration”and“cultivation”.
