摘要
在改良的理查德培养基中 ,通过对引起枯萎病的五种不同专化型的尖孢镰刀菌镰刀菌酸的产生数量与菌丝生长间的相互关系进行研究 ,结果表明 ,不同专化型的枯萎病菌镰刀菌酸产生的早晚及产生数量明显不同 ,而且其菌丝生长情况也各异。尖孢镰刀菌黄瓜专化型和翠菊专化型的镰刀菌酸的产生数量与菌丝生长的相互关系较为密切。
Correlation between mycelial growth and production of Fusaric acid have been studied after inoculating five forma. specialis of \%Fusarium oxysporum \%Schl. in modified Richard's medium. The experimental results showed that: The rules of produced Fusaric acid varied with different forma. specialis, indicated the different peak times of produced Fusaric acid and the production yield of Fusaric acid . At the same time, mycelial growth in medium is also varied with forma. specialis. There are good correlation between mycelial growth and production of Fusaric acid on two forma specialis: \%Fusarium oxysporum\% Schl. f. sp.\% cucumerin \%Owen and \% Fusarium \% oxysporum Schl.f.sp.\%Callisteph\% (Beach ) Snyder & Hansen.
