摘要
中西医结合具有独特优势,为世界医学和人类健康做出突出贡献,中西医结合是历史的必然。文章运用学科交叉理论,针对中西医结合过程中的制约因素,从中西医结合内涵与外延的层面搭建"中医+"和"+中医"的结合框架,构建"双+"模型,进而提出两条发展路径,最后形成中西医结合制度建设、服务体系建设、临床研究、人才队伍建设和资金投入并行的"五位一体"对策方案。基于"双+"模型的实施路径,对于构建中西医结合的中国新医学具有重要意义。
The integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has its unique advantages,and has made outstanding contributions to world medicine and human health,which is a historical necessity.Based on the theory of interdisciplinary and the constraints in the process of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,a combination framework of "TCM +" and " +TCM" from the connotation and extension of integrated Chinese and Western medicine was developed,a "double +" model was constructed,two development paths were put forward,and finally the "Five-in-one" strategy plan of system construction,service system construction,clinical research,talent team construction and capital investment was formed.The implementation path based on the “double +” model is of great significance for the construction of Chinese new medicine of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
