我国医事法学本科教育20年回眸与展望

Retrospect andProspect of Medical Law Undergraduate Education in 20 Years in China

调研国内开办医事法学本科教育的29所高等院校,回溯医事法学本科教育现状,分析总结在专业设置、学位授予、师资队伍、教学改革、科学研究、实践基地与平台、图书资料建设、毕业生就业等方面取得的成绩和存在的问题。针对性地提出统一学科专业设置,协调解决医事法学内生动力与外在推力之间的动力失衡;明确教育质量标准,着力推动医事法学学科专业内涵式高质量发展;强化协同育人体系,有效缓解医事法学教育服务与学生需求之间的矛盾冲突等对策措施,以期为后疫情时代我国医事法学本科教育发展提供思路与借鉴。

Based on the investigation of undergraduate education in medical law in 29 colleges and universities in China,the status of undergraduate education in medical law was reviewed,and the achievements and existing problems were summarized in specialty setting,degree awarding,teaching staffs,teaching reform,scientific research,practice base and platform,books and material construction and graduate employment.Some countermeasures were put forward,mainly as unifying discipline and specialty setting,coordinating and solving the dynamic imbalance between endogenous motivation and external thrust in medical jurisprudence,clarifying the education quality standard,striving to promote the connotative high-quality development of medical law discipline,strengthening the collaborative education system and effectively alleviating the contradiction and conflict between medical law education services and students’ needs,which are expected to provide ideas and reference for the development of medical law undergraduate education in China during the post epidemic era.
