摘要 为研究K-TIG焊接304不锈钢对接间隙对熔池和锁孔形态的影响,搭建了基于视觉传感的K-TIG焊接系统。设计了一种提取熔池特征参数的图像处理方法。根据熔池形态和K-TIG焊接机理,将熔池图像分成3个区域分别处理,提取边缘轮廓,然后进行整合,提取熔池和锁孔特征。在相同焊接参数下进行不同预置对接间隙的焊接实验,发现对接间隙对熔池和锁孔几何参数影响明显。在对接间隙为0.8 mm时,熔池和锁孔几何参数发生明显变化,同时对接间隙的大小也直接影响着背面焊缝成形质量,对接间隙在1.1 mm时背面焊缝成形质量最好。 In order to study the influence of the butt gap on the shape of the molten pool and keyhole of K-TIG welding304 stainless steel, a K-TIG welding system based on vision sensing was built. An image processing method for extracting the characteristic parameters of the molten pool was designed. According to the shape of the molten pool and the K-TIG welding mechanism, the molten pool image was divided into three areas to be processed respectively, the edge contours were extracted and then integrated to extract the molten pool and the keyhole feature. The welding experiments with different preset butt gaps were carried out under the same welding parameters. It is found that the butt gap has a significant effect on the geometric parameters of the molten pool and the keyhole. When the butt gap is 0.8 mm, the geometric parameters of the molten pool and the keyhole change significantly. At the same time, the size of the butt gap also directly affects the quality of the back weld formation. When the butt gap is 1.1 mm, the quality of the back weld formation is the best.
