等离子熔覆技术制备高熵合金涂层的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 高熵合金由于具有优异的力学性能和耐腐蚀特性受到人们关注,与块体高熵合金相比,高熵合金涂层在保证高熵合金性能的基础上可大幅减少合金用量,降低成本,是推动高熵合金应用的有效手段。综述了等离子熔覆技术制备高熵合金涂层的研究进展,介绍了涂层的种类、制备过程中涂层结构以及组织的形成和转变、等离子熔覆工艺参数对涂层的影响和涂层的性能及应用前景,并对未来等离子熔覆高熵合金涂层的发展进行了展望。 High-entropy alloy has attracted widespread attention because of its excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.Compared with bulk high-entropy alloy,the high-entropy alloy coating consumes less raw materials baesd on ensuring the performance.So combined the high entropy alloy coating on the ductile substrate is an effective method to promote the application of high entropy alloy because of the low cost.The research progress of high entropy alloy coatings prepared by plasma cladding technology was reviewed.The types of coatings,the formation and transformation of phase and microstructure during the preparation process,the influence of plasma cladding process parameters on the coatings,the properties and application prospects of the coatings were introduced.At last,the prospect of high-entropy alloy coating prepared by plasma cladding was put forward.
