轧制和回火对24CrNiMo合金钢组织与性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对24CrNiMo钢进行400~480℃过冷奥氏体区轧制变形处理,淬火后进行300~540℃回火处理,采用OM、TEM、硬度测试和冲击试验等研究了轧制变形和回火对24CrNiMo钢微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:与未轧制变形试验钢相比,轧制变形试验钢经淬火回火后马氏体板条明显细化,板条间的位错密度更高,硬度和冲击吸收能量均有一定程度的提高。随着回火温度的升高,试验钢中马氏体板条宽度逐渐变宽,硬度和冲击吸收能量逐渐降低。 24CrNiMo steel was processed by rolling deformation in the subcooled austenite zone at 400-480℃,and then tempered at 300-540℃after quenching.The effects of rolling deformation and tempering on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 24CrNiMo steel were studied by OM,TEM,hardness test and impact test.The results show that compared with the unrolled deformation test steel,the martensite strip is obviously refined after quenching and tempering,the dislocation density between slats is higher,and the hardness and impact absorption energy are improved to a certain rise.With the increase of tempering temperature,the width of martensite strip in the test steel becomes wider gradually,and the hardness and impact absorption energy decrease gradually.
