时效处理对Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni基形状记忆合金组织及记忆性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Aging Treatment on Microstructure and Memory Properties of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni Based Shape Memory Alloys

摘要 以开发完全免训练形状记忆合金为目的,研究时效处理对加入V、N元素的Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni合金组织及形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明:经过时效后合金的形状记忆性能显著提升,形状回复率达到了57%,而固溶样品的形状回复率仅为24%。应用XRD定量分析样品时效处理后应力诱发ε马氏体的含量,表明ε马氏体的含量与形状记忆性能正相关。扫描电镜分析和EDX分析VN粒子表明,随着时效时间延长,粒子经历由均匀分布到长大的过程,大粒径颗粒并未对记忆性能造成显著不利影响。 To develop training-free shape memory alloy(SMA),the effects of aging treatment on the microstructure and shape memory properties of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni alloys with V and N elements were studied.The results show that,after aging,the shape memory property of the alloy is improved significantly,the shape recovery rate is 57%,while the shape recovery rate of the solid solution sample is only 24%.The content of stress-inducedεmartensite after aging treatment was analyzed quantitatively by XRD,which indicate that the content ofεmartensite is positively correlated with the shape memory property.Scanning electron microscopy and EDX analysis VN particles show that the particles experience the process from uniform distribution to growth with the aging time,and the large particle size does not have a significant adverse effect on the memory performance.
