中华民族共同体意识在灾难斗争中的淬炼与涵育——以“后疫情时代”为反思取向

The Refinement and Cultivation of the Consciousness of Community of the Chinese Nation in the Struggle Against Disasters:Taking the Post-Epidemic Era as the Orientation of Reflection

作为一种全球性灾难,新冠肺炎疫情还在世界上蔓延,疫情让世界付出了惨痛代价。面对疫情灾难,中华儿女不仅要团结起来,战胜疫情,也要进行民族自省,理性认识各类自然灾害、瘟疫等重大灾难推动中华民族成长的意义。毋庸讳言,灾难后的核心叙事、记忆构建、治理经验,成为民族学对"后疫情时代"反思的一个重点取向。全国各族人民齐心协力抗疫过程中所形成的伟大抗疫精神,是"后疫情时代"铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要精神养分,应当充分挖掘其中的民族归属感、民族自豪感、民族凝聚力,以此为基础展开抗疫的核心叙事与集体记忆构建。同时,也要注意在"后疫情时代"防范疾病与污名化、网络负面心态、民族主义、种族主义等问题,使伟大抗疫精神发挥持久的力量。

As a global disaster,COVID-19 is still spreading around the world and has brought a painful price to the world. In the face of the disaster,the Chinese people should not only unite to defeat the epidemic,but also conduct national introspection and rationally understand the significance of natural disasters,epidemics and other major disasters to promote the growth of the Chinese nation community. Needless to say,the post-disaster core narrative,memory construction and governance experience have become a key orientation of ethnology’s reflection on the post-epidemic era. The great anti-epidemic spirit formed in the concerted efforts of the people of all ethnic groups in China is an important spiritual support for the building of a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation in the post-epidemic era. We should fully exploit the sense of belonging,pride and cohesion of the nation,and build the core narrative and collective memory on this basis.At the same time,attention should also be paid to preventing diseases and stigmatization, negative attitudes on the Internet,nationalism and racism in the post-epidemic era,so that the anti-epidemic spirit can exert lasting strength.
