Finite Element Analysis of Contact Characteristics of Helical Gears

摘要 为了研究斜齿轮啮合过程中齿面接触力分布,通过有限元方法建立齿轮接触分析模型,研究了塑性变形、齿面摩擦、温度以及材料线性强化等因素对啮合性能影响,并通过实验对比了仿真结果。结果表明:塑性变形、齿面摩擦、温度和线性强化对轮齿齿面接触力均有影响。实验结果表明:温升测试中,齿顶、齿根区域的实验和仿真温度变化趋势一致;应变测试中,齿根最大应力均高于仿真结果,但两者应力变化曲线相同,误差均低于20%。可见实验验证了仿真接触模型的正确性。 In order to study the tooth surface contact force distribution during the meshing process of helical gears,a gear contact analysis model was established by the finite element method,and the influence of plastic deformation,tooth surface friction,temperature and material linear strengthening on the meshing performance was studied,and the simulation was compared through experiments result.The results show that plastic deformation,tooth surface friction,temperature and linear strengthening all affect the contact force of the tooth surface.In the temperature rise test,the experiment and simulation temperature change trends in the tooth tip and tooth root area are consistent.In the strain test,the maximum stress of the tooth root is higher than the simulation results,but the stress change curves of the two are the same.The error is less than 20%.It is concluded that that the experiment verifies the correctness of the simulated contact model.
