苏沈九宝汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入对喘息性支气管炎患儿症状及肺功能的影响

Effect of Sushen Jiubao Decoction combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation on symptoms and lung function of children with asthmatic bronchitis

目的观察苏沈九宝汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入对喘息性支气管炎(AB)患儿症状和肺功能的影响。方法将我院收治的80例AB患儿随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组患儿给予布地奈德雾化吸入,观察组患儿给予苏沈九宝汤^(+)布地奈德雾化吸入联合治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效,症状消失时间与住院时间,治疗前后肺功能和免疫功能。结果治疗后,观察组患儿总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿症状消失时间与住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大自主通气量(MVV)较治疗前升高,且观察组FEV1、MVV高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较治疗前升高,CD8^(+)较治疗前下降,且观察组患儿CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苏沈九宝汤、布地奈德雾化吸入联合应用治疗AB患儿的疗效显著,标本兼治,缩短症状消失的时间,改善肺功能,提高免疫功能。

Objective To observe the effect of Sushen Jiubao Decoction combined with budesonide nebulized inhalation on symptoms and lung function in children with asthmatic bronchitis(AB). Methods Eighty children with AB were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each. Control group were given budesonide atomized inhalation,and observation group were given combined treatment of Suchen Jiubao Decoction on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy,the time of symptom disappearance and the length of stay in the two groups,and the lung function and immune function before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group( P<0.05);the disappearance time of symptoms and the length of hospital stay in both groups were shorter than control group( P<0.05);1 second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and maximum voluntary ventilation(MVV)of both groups were higher than before treatment,and were significantly lower in observation group than control group( P<0.05);CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in both groups were higher than before treatment,CD8^(+)were lower,and CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were higher than control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than control group( P<0.05). Conclusion The combined application of Sushen Jiubao Decoction and budesonide nebulized inhalation is effective in treatment of children with AB. It could treat both the symptoms and the root causes,shorten the time for symptom disappearance,improve lung function,and improve immune function.
