固本泄浊方辅助血液透析对尿毒症患者肾功能、骨代谢的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Guben Xiezhuo Recipe assisted hemodialysis on renal function and bone metabolism in patients with uremia

摘要 目的观察固本泄浊方辅助血液透析对尿毒症患者肾功能、骨代谢的影响。方法将我院收治的130例尿毒症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各65例。对照组采用血液透析治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合固本泄浊方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肾功能和骨代谢情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率92.31%(60/65)高于对照组80.00%(52/65)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者尿酸(UA)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平均下降(P<0.05);且观察组患者UA、BUN、Scr、β2-MG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血磷、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨保护素(OPG)、甲状旁腺素(iPTH)水平均下降(P<0.05),且观察组患者血磷、BALP、OPG、iPTH水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论固本泄浊方辅助血液透析治疗尿毒症患者的疗效显著,能提升肾功能,维持骨代谢平衡。 Objective To observe the effects of Guben Xiezhuo Decoction assisted hemodialysis on renal function and bone metabolism in patients with uremia. Methods A total of 130 patients with uremia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 65 cases in each group. Control group received hemodialysis;observation group received hemodialysis and Guben Xiezhuo Decoction. The curative effect,renal function and bone metabolism of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group( P<0.05).Uric acid(UA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr),and β2-microglobulin( β2-MG)levels of both groups decreased after treatment( P<0.05);and were lower in observation group than control group( P<0.05);blood phosphorus, bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),osteoprotegerin(OPG),and parathyroid hormone(iPTH)levels of both groups decreased( P<0.05),and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Guben Xiezhuo Decoction is effective in assisting hemodialysis in treatment of uremia by improving renal function and maintaining the balance of bone metabolism.
