药罐联合穴位贴敷治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical observation on medicine cupping and acupoint application in treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的观察药物竹罐疗法联合穴位贴敷治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果。方法将我院收治的50例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各25例,对照组实施传统拔罐联合穴位贴敷治疗,观察组实施药物竹罐疗法联合穴位贴敷。评估两组患者临床疗效,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分(WOMAC)及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评定生活状态、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及生活质量评分,检测血清中白介素-6(IL-6)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VAS、WOMAC评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活状态、躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-6、MMP-9水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药罐疗法联合穴位贴敷能有效改善膝痹症患者膝关节疼痛及肿胀,有利于改善患者膝关节功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of medicine bamboo cup therapy and acupoint application on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Fifty patients with KOA were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases each.Control group was received traditional cupping therapy combined with acupoint application,and observation group received medicine bamboo cup therapy combined with acupoint application.The clinical efficacy,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index Score(WOMAC)and the Comprehensive Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire(GQOLI-74)were used to assess the life status,physical function,mental function,social function and quality of life,and serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)levels were detected.ResultsAfter treatment,the clinical efficacy of observation group was significantly better than control group(■<0.05);the VAS and WOMAC scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(■<0.05);the scores of life,body function,social function,psychological function and quality of life of observation group were significantly higher than control group(■<0.05);the serum IL-6 and MMP-9 levels of observation group were significantly lower than control group(■<0.05).Conclusion The medicine cupping therapy combined with acupoint application can effectively release the knee joint pain and swelling of patients with KOA,which is beneficial to improve the knee joint function and improve the quality of life.
