硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗对重度子痫前期患者病情控制及妊娠结局的影响

Effects of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate on disease control and pregnancy outcomes in patients with severe preeclampsia

目的:探讨硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗对重度子痫前期(sPE)患者病情控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法:将126例sPE患者随机分为两组,对照组63例予以硫酸镁治疗;观察组63例,在对照组基础上加用硝苯地平治疗。分析两组的治疗效果、不良妊娠结局、血压、尿蛋白水平及肝肾功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.2%高于对照组84.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血压、尿蛋白水平及肝肾功能均有好转,且观察组收缩压、舒张压、24-UP、ALT及AST低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为9.52%,低于对照组23.81%(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗sPE的效果优于单用硫酸镁治疗。

Objective: To investigate the effects of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate on disease control and pregnancy outcome in patients with severe preeclampsia(sPE). Methods: A total of 126 patients with sPE were randomized into two groups, with 63 cases in each group. The control group were treated with magnesium sulfate, while the observation group were treated with nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate. Then, the curative effect, pregnancy outcomes, and changes in blood pressure, urine protein level, and function of liver and kidney were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results: The total response rate of the observation group was 95.2%, higher than 84.1% in the control group, which was of statistical difference between both group(P<0.05). After treatment, levels of blood pressure, urine protein and liver-kidney function in both groups were improved. And the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, 24-UP, ALT and AST in observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 9.52%, which was lower than 23.81%(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate is more effective in the treatment of patients with sPE.
