椎间孔扩大成形减压术治疗单侧神经根症状腰椎管狭窄的效果分析

Effect of percutaneous foraminal expansion decompression on patients with lumbar spinal stenosis with unilateral nerve root symptoms

目的:分析经皮椎间孔镜下椎间孔扩大成形减压术对单侧神经根症状腰椎管狭窄患者术后疼痛程度及间歇性跛行评分的影响。方法:106例单侧神经根症状腰椎管狭窄患者随机分为两组。对照组53例,行开放式减压椎骨植骨融合术,观察组53例,行经皮椎间孔镜下椎间孔扩大成形减压术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组临床治疗效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组疼痛、功能障碍和间歇性跛行均得到改善(P<0.05);血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎间孔镜下椎间孔扩大成形减压术治疗单侧神经根症状腰椎管狭窄患者的效果明显提高。

Objective: To analyze the effect of percutaneous foraminal expansion decompression under foraminal endoscope on the postoperative pain degree and intermittent claudication score of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis with unilateral nerve root symptoms. Methods: 106 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis with unilateral nerve root symptoms were randomized into two groups. 53 cases in the control group received open decompression vertebral bone grafting and fusion, while another 53 cases in the observation group received percutaneous foraminal expansion decompression under foraminal endoscope. The curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The clinical efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group, which was of statistical difference(P<0.05). 3 months after the operation, the pain degree, dysfunction and intermittent claudication in the observation group were all improved(P<0.05);and the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and malondialdehyde(MDA)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Percutaneous foraminal expansion decompression under foraminal endoscope is more effective in the treatment of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis with unilateral nerve root symptoms.
