彝医火草灸联合针刺治疗阳虚体质慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效研究

Study on effectiveness of treating chronic fatigue syndrome with Yang-deficiency constitution by using Yi medical fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture

评价彝医火草灸联合电针治疗阳虚体质慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效.将62例阳虚体质慢性疲劳患者随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,两组在针刺平行治疗的基础上,对照组采用红外线、观察组采用彝医火草灸联合隔日治疗,每周三次,疗程四周.综合各临床结果分析,对照组和观察组在中医体质、躯体及心理健康报告、疲劳严重程度量表以及疗效判定上均有一定改善,且观察组疗效更优(P<0.05).表明彝医火草灸联合针刺能明显改善阳虚体质慢性疲劳综合征的临床症状,显示出较好的临床应用前景和推广价值,为彝医特色灸法的临床应用提供了新思路、新方法.

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the clinical effect of Yi medical fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture on chronic fatigue syndrome of Yang-deficiency constitution.Sixty-two cases of chronic fatigue syndrome with Yang-deficiency constitution were randomly divided into two groups evenly:the observation group and the control group.Both groups were treated with acupuncture.Meantime the control group was treated with infrared ray therapy,while the observation group was treated with Yi medical fire moxibustion.The treatment was given alternate day,three times a week,totally for four weeks.In the evaluation of clinical indicators,overall symptom evaluation,fatigue severity scale score,physical and mental health report and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine score were improved in both groups,while the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The study showed that the method of Yi medicalfire moxibustion combined with acupuncture could treat chronic fatigue syndrome in Yang-deficiency constitution,exhibiting good clinical application prospects and promotion value.The research provided new ideas and methods for the clinical application of Yi medical fire moxibustion.
