含油污泥与松木锯末共热解特性及动力学分析 被引量:4

摘要 该文利用热重分析仪对含油污泥热解及与松木锯末共热解的特性进行研究,讨论了含油污泥热解特性及与松木锯末共热解时二者的协同作用,并进行了动力学分析。结果表明:含油污泥的热解过程可分为水分析出阶段、挥发分析出阶段、无机碳酸盐及其他成分的热解阶段3个阶段;松木锯末的最佳添加比例为25%左右;求出了含油污泥热解反应的动力学方程及与松木锯末共热解反应的相关动力学参数;同时发现共热解时,在第一阶段油泥促进了锯末的热解,而锯末抑制了油泥的热解;在第二阶段,二者热解存在协同作用。 A laboratory experiment was conducted to study the pyrolysis characteristics of oily sludge and the co-pyrolysis with pine sawdust by means of the thermogravimetric analyzer, with the focus on the synergy effects of the co-pyrolysis and the kinetics analysis. The experiment presented that the pyrolysis process of oily sludge could be divided into three stages, i.e. water release stage, volatilization release stage, and inorganic carbonate and other composition pyrolysis stage;the optimal proportion of pine sawdust added was ca 25%;and the kinetic equation of the pyrolysis reaction of oily sludge and the related kinetic parameters of the co-pyrolysis reaction with pine sawdust were obtained. At the same time, it was found that during the co-pyrolysis, the oily sludge boosted the pyrolysis of pine sawdust but sawdust inhibits the pyrolysis of oily sludge in the first stage;and synergistic action of the two arose in the second stages.
