摘要
文章建立了低温萃取-气相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱法来研究儿童未代谢PAHs的浓度水平及特征。选取石化企业周边一所小学的50名儿童作为内暴露采样对象,连续采集3天的儿童尿样,对尿液中的16种PAHs浓度水平进行分析。结果表明:除五环、六环PAHs外的10种PAHs在所有样品中均有检出,3天浓度几何平均值的范围为ND~2 047 ng/L,且3天中PAHs的组成特征均为二环PAHs>三环PAHs>四环PAHs;相比于其他研究,不仅PAHs的检出率高于其他文献,PAHs的浓度也高于大部分文献;PAHs之间的相关性分析表明,相同环数的PAHs之间存在较好的相关性,3天仅有Phe与其他PAHs单体之间存始终存在显著性相关(p<0.01,R2=0.560~0.775)。
A low temperature partitioning extraction(LTPE) with gas chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) detection method was built and applied to analyze the unmetabolized PAHs of children. The study selected 50 children from an elementary school situated adjacent to a petrochemical enterprises to collect the urine samples in three days and detect the concentrations of 16 PAHs in urine. The results suggested that 10 congeners of PAHs were detected in all samples except for five-ring and six-ring PAHs, and the geometric mean of concentration of 3 days were from ND to 2 047 ng/L. The constituent characteristics of 3 days of PAHs were expressed as two-ring > three-ring > four-ring. Compared with other studies, not only the PAHs detection rate of children is higher than other studies but the PAHs content of children is higher than most studies. Correlation analysis between PAHs shows that correlation hydrocarbons of the same number of rings and significant correlation were always exist only between Phe and other PAHs congeners in 3 days(p<0.01, R2=0.560~0.775).
