湖北省居民生态环境与健康素养监测分析研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了深入了解湖北省居民环境与健康素养情况,该文对湖北省6个市/区居民采用整群抽样方法对调查范围内的2 892位居民进行监测调查,采用卡方检验对居民环境与健康水平进行分析,其中,p<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。该次监测调查显示湖北省环境与健康水平为15.64%,其中,基本理念、基本知识、基本技能分类素养水平为27.93%、4.80%、30.00%。居民环境与健康素养水平总体随文化程度的降低而降低(硕士及以上居民环境与健康素养具备比例达44.90%,小学及以下居民环境与环境素养具备比例为2.40%,χ^(2)=169.267,p<0.01)。湖北省居民环境健康素养影响因素复杂,应加强对重点地区和人群的环境与健康基本认识的教育和科普,按照人群特点进行行为干预。 In order to understand the environmental and health literacy of residents in Hubei Province, the residents of 6 cities/districts in Hubei Province were surveyed by means of a group sampling method to survey 2 892 residents within the survey area. The environmental and health levels of residents were analyzed by chi-square test, of which the difference of p<0.05 was statistically significant. The survey showed that the level of environmental and health of residents in Hubei Province was 15.64%, of which the level of basic concepts, basic knowledge and basic skills was 27.93%, 4.80% and 30.00%.The level of environmental and health literacy of residents decreased with the decrease of education level(the proportion of environmental and health literacy of residents with master’s degree and above reached 44.90%, the proportion of environmental and environmental literacy of primary schools and below was 2.40%, χ^(2) = 169.267, p<0.01). The affecting factors of the environmental health literacy of residents in Hubei Province are complex. So we should educate and popularize knowledge on the basic understanding of the environment and health of key areas and population groups, and conduct behavioral interventions according to the characteristics of the population.
