摘要
光致变色纺织品由于其优异的可逆变色性能和优异的物理性能,在很多高新技术领域都有潜在的应用,因此受到越来越多的关注。为了提高光致变色敏感性,文中设计合成两支不同碳链长短的新型螺吡喃光致变色功能染料,将这些染料通过高温高压染色上染涤纶针织物,获得了具有光致变色功能的针织功能面料。通过紫外-可见吸收光谱,研究了其在溶液中的光致变色性能,并研究了变色功能针织面料的光致变色颜色响应,以及变色前后K/S值和ΔE的变化。结果表明,随着杂环氮上取代基碳链的增长,分子的空间体积逐渐增大,从而提高了涤纶面料上螺吡喃的变色敏感性,缩短可逆褪色时间,并能实现循环多次可逆变色。
Photochromic textiles have received more and more attention due to the excellent reversible color performance and excellent physical properties. In this paper, two new spiropyran functional dyes with different carbon chains are synthesized in order to improve photochromic sensitivity. And photochromic properties are investigated in solution by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra. These dyes are applied to dye polyester knitted fabrics with high temperature and high pressure dyeing to obtain photochromic functional knitted fabrics. The changes of K/S and ΔE of the photochromic functional knitted fabrics before and after the photochromic process are measured. The results show that with the length increase of the substituent carbon chain on the nitrogen, the molecular space volume gradually increases, which shortens the color change time and enables the color reverse easily. The color-changing functional fabric can achieve the repeated cycle color changes.
