摘要
针对市面上经编织物中氨纶采用常规方法难以溶解的情况,为满足客户对该类织物定量检测的需求,介绍新的溶解方法即冰乙酸沸腾溶解法。测试分析冰乙酸沸腾溶解法的最佳溶解时间,并确定经编织物中常见棉纤维、黏胶纤维、莫代尔、莱赛尔几种纤维的质量修正系数,同时对比已知不同纤维比例的氨纶混纺织物的含量偏差。结果表明,采用冰乙酸沸腾法对经编织物中氨纶进行溶解是可行的,而且耗时短,试验数据稳定,且对纤维的损伤较小,适用面广,准确性较高,解决了经编织物中采用常规方法无法完全溶解氨纶的问题。
In view of the fact that spandex in warp knitted fabrics on the market is difficult to dissolve by conventional methods, a new dissolving method, namely glacial acetic acid boiling dissolving method, is introduced in order to meet the needs of customers for quantitative detection of this kind of fabrics. The best dissolving time of glacial acetic acid boiling dissolving method was tested and analyzed, and the quality correction coefficients of common cotton, viscose fiber, modal and Lyocell fibers in warp knitted fabric were determined. At the same time,the content deviation of different proportion of spandex blended fabric was compared. The results show that it is feasible to dissolve spandex in warp knitted fabric by glacial acetic acid boiling method, and the time consumption is short, the test data is stable, the damage to the fiber is small, the application range is wide, and the accuracy is high, which solves the problem that spandex cannot be completely dissolved in warp knitted fabric by conventional methods.
