摘要
本文以虫胃实茎段、叶柄、叶片为外植体 ,将其培养于附加BA和NAA不同激素配比的MS或B5基本培养基上。结果表明 :在附加BA 2 /L和NAA 0 5 /L的B5培养基上外植体出愈快 ,愈伤组织诱导率高。在愈伤组织继代中 ,不同种类激素组合、激素浓度配比及不同琼脂浓度对愈伤组织的继代质量有不同影响 :1%的琼脂浓度、BA 2 /L +NAA 0 0 5 /L时 ,愈伤组织生长速度适中、质地较致密 颜色翠绿 ,适合作进一步研究的材料。
Explants of Kolkwitiza.amabilis Greabn such as stem segment, petiole, leaf blade were cultivated in MS or B\-5 medium with adding of different combination of BA and NAA to induct callus of Kolkwitiza.amabilis Greabn . The results show that on B\-5 medium which has BA 2 /L and NAA 0 5 /L,callus can be inducted faster and the rate of callus formed is higher .In callus subculture, the study is concerned with different effect of agar concentration ,hormone combination ,hormone concentration and ratio on callus growth.The result is as follow:1 percent agar concentration, BA as many as 40times NAA makes callus growth have optimum rate and more compact texture, which is applicable for further study.
