从个人、企业等敏感信息的频频泄露,到国家在信息安全领域不断出台相关法律、标准,数据安全已上升为国家战略地位。文章基于GB/T 37973-2019《信息安全技术大数据安全管理指南》,阐述了大数据活动各阶段的安全要求,从2个维度分析并总结,数据安全不是静态的,而是动态的;安全防护体系是是立体的、全方位的,贯穿数据全生命周期。

From the frequent leakage of sensitive information such as individuals and enterprises to the continuous introduction of relevant laws and standards in thefield of information security,data security has risen to a national strategic position.Based on information security technology-big data security management guide(GB/T 37973-2019),this paper expounds the security requirements at each stage of big data activities,analyzes and summarizes from two dimensions that data security is not static,but dynamic.Its security protection system is three-dimensional,all-round and runs through the whole life cycle of data.
