Key Techniques of waste heat boiler furnace tube corrosion in import flash furnace

摘要 在闪速炉“四高”熔炼技术强劲需求的驱动下,为确保进口闪速炉余热锅炉(FFB)的“安、稳、长、满、优”运行,避免腐蚀对FFB炉管造成极大的危害,大幅延长FFB炉龄。通过检测FFB炉管腐蚀的宏观形貌和金相组织,分析其化学成分,探究其腐蚀机理,再由实验验证炉管腐蚀的影响主因,为后续炉管腐蚀防护提供科学依据。解决了炉管腐蚀成为制约进口FFB运行的技术“瓶颈”及同类型生产线的“核心”问题。FFB炉管腐蚀部位存在珠光体+魏氏组织,晶粒明显长大,表明炉管腐蚀与高温密切相关;复合型熔融硫酸盐M_(3)Fe(SO_(4))_(3)是加剧炉管高温腐蚀的影响主因。 Under the driver for "Four high" smelting technology in the flash furnace by strong demand, in order to ensure the import of the flash furnaceanalyze the waste heat boiler(FFB) of "safe, steady, long, full, superior", do great harm to avoid corrosion of FFB furnace tube, it can significantly prolong FFB furnace life. By detecting FFB furnace tube corrosion, macro and microstructure, to analyze its chemical composition, it has studied and discussed its corrosion mechanism, by experimental verification again the influence of furnace tube corrosion,provide scientific basis for subsequent furnace tube corrosion protection. It thoroughly solved the furnace tube corrosion become import FFB running technology "bottleneck" and "core" of the same kind of production line problem. The FFB furnace tube corrosion part exists pearlite + widmanstatten structure, grain size significantly grew up, it show that the furnace tube corrosion and high temperature are closely related, and it has compound that molten sulfate M_(3)Fe(SO_(4))_(3) is strengthen the influence of the high temperature corrosion of furnace tube.
