科技创新是高质量发展的第一动力,科技成果转化是科技创新的保障。改变我国科技成果转化率低的现状,科技成果转化服务体系的建设是关键,建设有效的科技成果转化平台是重点。基于商业模式理论的研究,现代企业的竞争需要从整体生态的视角,建立交易结构和规则机制,最大化生态系统的价值。文章旨为湖北省政府引领的科技成果转化平台提出商业模式创新的建议,促进湖北省经济高质量发展。

Scientific and technological innovation is the first driving force of high-quality development,and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the guarantee of scientific and technological innovation.To change the status quo of the low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements in China,the construction of scientific and technological achievements transformation service system is the key,and the construction of effective scientific and technological achievements transformation platform is the key point.Based on the study of business model theory,the competition of modern enterprises needs to establish transaction structure and rule mechanism from the perspective of the whole ecology to maximize the value of the ecosystem.The purpose of this paper is to put forward suggestions on business model innovation for the platform of scientific and technological achievements transformation led by Hubei Provincial government and promote the high-quality economic development of Hubei Province.
