摘要
近几十年来,铝/镍层状复合材料作为一种质轻高强、耐高温、耐腐蚀且能量密度高的新型复合材料,已经成为金属层状复合材料的研究热点之一,在高温结构材料、电池制造和武器装备等领域有着广阔的前景。综述了铝/镍层状复合材料的发展背景及现状,从热力学和动力学两方面分析了复合界面处不同种类铝/镍系金属间化合物的形成规律;讨论了铝/镍层状复合材料的制备工艺、力学性能和影响因素,展望了铝/镍层状复合材料的研究方向和发展趋势。
In recent decades,aluminum/nickel layered composites,as a new type of composite material with light weight,high strength,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and high energy density,have become one of the research hotspots of metal layered composites,and have a broad prospect in the fields of high temperature structural materials,battery manufacturing and weapons equipment.The development background and current status of Al/Ni layered composites are reviewed.The formation of different Al/Ni intermetallic compounds at the composite interface is analyzed from thermodynamics and kinetics.The preparation process,mechanical properties and influencing factors of Al/Ni laminated composites were discussed,and the research direction and development trend of Al/Ni laminated composites were prospected.
