摘要
D级钢CK-36火车轮表面硬度和断面硬度的要求远高于国际铁路标准的要求。通过偏上限控制碳/锰成分、添加铬/钼合金、提高淬火温度、增大淬火水量、减小淬火水罩的尺寸及防止其偏心等方式可以使车轮表面和断面硬度均满足要求。
The surface hardness and section hardness of D-grade steel CK-36 train wheel are much higher than the requirements of international railway standards. The surface and section hardness of the wheel can meet the requirements by controlling the carbon/manganese composition, adding chromium/molybdenum alloy, increasing amount of waterjet for quenching, reducing the size of the quenching water cover and preventing its eccentricity.
