In the automobile interior decoration parts, the horn net class structure is quite common. There are two main problems in the process of testing the mold of this kind of products:one is the plastic parts sticking in the cavity side of the mold, the other is the ejection problem of the plastic parts, and there are some defects such as ejecting mark, crack and deformation. This paper introduces the design and analysis of a kind of automobile horn net mold, which can be used for reference for the mold design of this kind of plastic products.
