摘要 通过对一款新能源汽车用波纹管管卡的结构特点和成型工艺进行分析,阐述了分型面的设计和型腔的排布,重点介绍了定、动模大镶块设计、主要成型型芯中“凹”字形型芯和强脱型芯的设计要点及模具工作过程。针对塑件左右对称的特点,采用平衡式双浇口同时进料的方法,达到均衡进料的目的,保证了塑件的注射质量;注射分型开模时利用定模型芯与塑件分离留下的塑孔为动模强脱型芯的强脱提供了活动空间,再由弹性回复得到所需的尺寸。经实际生产验证,塑件的尺寸精度高,注射成型工艺过程稳定可靠,可满足大批量生产的需求。 By analyzing the structural characteristics and forming process of a bellows pipe clamp for new energy vehicles,this paper expounds the design of parting surface and the arrangement of cavity,and focuses on the design of large inserts of fixed and moving mold,the design key points and die working process of"concave"shaped core and strong stripping core in the main molding core.According to the characteristics of left-right symmetry of plastic parts,the balanced double gate feeding method is adopted to achieve the purpose of balanc ed feeding and ensure the injection quality of plastic parts.When the injection parting mold is opened,the plastic hole left by the separation of the fixed mold core and the plastic part provides a movable space for the strong stripping of the dynamic mold core,and then the required size is obtained by elastic recovery.The actual production shows that the dimensional accuracy of plastic parts is high,the injection molding process is stable and reliable,and can meet the needs of mass production.
