摘要
采用聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)作为软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)作为硬段,通过亲水扩链剂2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)在分子链上引入亲水基团。分别使用1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、乙二醇(EG)、乙二胺(EDA)为小分子扩链剂进行扩链反应,经自乳化合成水性聚氨酯胶粘剂乳液,并对水性聚氨酯乳液及胶粘剂的结构和性能进行表征。研究结果表明:成功合成了有明显的软段和硬段结构水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,醇类小分子扩链剂EG合成的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂热稳定性和粘接性能好,剥离强度最大为3.01 N/mm;胺类小分子扩链剂EDA合成的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂耐水性好,吸水率最低为16.38%。
Polybutylene adipate diol(PBA)was used as the soft segment and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) was used as the hard segment,hydrophilic groups were introduced into the molecular chain by hydrophilic chain extender 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid(DMPA).1,4-butanediol(BDO),ethylene glycol(EG)and ethylenediamine(EDA)were used as small molecule chain extenders for chain extension reaction,respectively,waterborne polyurethane adhesive emulsion was synthesized by self-emulsification.The structure and properties of waterborne polyurethane emulsion and adhesive were characterized.The research results showed that the waterborne polyurethane adhesive with obvious soft and hard segment structure was successfully synthesized.The waterborne polyurethane adhesive synthesized by alcohol small molecule chain extender EG had good thermal stability and bonding performance,and the maximum peel strength was 3.01 N/mm.The waterborne polyurethane adhesive synthesized by amine small molecule chain extender EDA had good water resistance and the lowest water absorption was 16.38%.
