摘要
以聚醚多元醇、聚酯二元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和小分子扩链剂为主要原料,复配制备了双组分聚氨酯弹性结构胶。研究了聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、小分子扩链剂及催化剂添加量对双组分聚氨酯弹性结构胶性能的影响,以及环境温度对双组分聚氨酯弹性结构胶固化性能的影响。研究结果表明:当双组分聚氨酯弹性结构胶的聚醚组分中聚醚三元醇的质量分数为42%,聚酯二元醇为4%,扩链剂BDO为6%,重钙为45%,白炭黑为2%,且异氰酸酯组分中MDI的质量分数为37%,聚醚二元醇为27%,增塑剂为18%,炭黑为18%时,所制得的双组分聚氨酯弹性结构胶的综合性能较优,能够满足汽车厂快速装配的需求。
Two-component polyurethane elastic structural adhesive was prepared with polyether polyol,polyester diol,diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)and small molecule chain extender as main raw materials.The effects of polyether polyol,polyester polyol,small molecule chain extender and catalyst content on the properties of two-component polyurethane elastic structural adhesive,as well as the effects of environmental temperature on the curing properties of two-component polyurethane elastic structural adhesive were studied.The research results showed that when the mass fraction of polyether triol in the polyether component of two-component polyurethane elastic structural adhesive was 42%,polyester diol was 4%,chain extender BDO was 6%,heavy calcium was 45%,silica was 2%,while the mass fraction of MDI in the isocyanate component was 37%,polyether diol was 27%,plasticizer was 18%,carbon black was 18%,the comprehensive properties of two-component polyurethane elastic structural adhesive prepared was excellent,which could meet the rapid assembly needs of automobile factory.
