The preparation methods of the ultrafine ammonium perchlorate are summarized,mainly including supercritical fluid method,mechanical grinding method,airflow crushing method,spray-drying method,freeze-drying method,antisolvent recrystallization method and so on,and its application in solid propellants is introduced with examples from major manufacturers at home and abroad.
