摘要
目的:分析二维联合三维超声对胎儿Ⅰ型脊髓纵裂的产前诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院产前超声诊断15例Ⅰ型胎儿脊髓纵裂的二维及三维超声表现,总结胎儿Ⅰ型脊髓纵裂的声像图特征及伴发畸形。结果:15例胎儿Ⅰ型脊髓纵裂的产前二维超声均表现为椎管内强回声分隔,并伴部分病变部位脊髓受压、椎弓间距增宽及椎管扩张,腰椎及以下病变部位常伴脊髓圆锥位置下移,部分胎儿常合并其他神经管畸形,三维超声能够在脊柱冠状面直观显示椎管内强回声分隔位置、数目及其与周围组织毗邻关系。结论:二维超声联合三维超声对胎儿Ⅰ型脊髓纵裂有重要的诊断价值。
Objective:To analyze the value of two-dimensional ultrasound for prenatal diagnosis of fetal spinal cord fracture.Methods:The two-and three-dimensional ultrasound manifestations of 15 cases were analyzed retrospectively,and the characteristics of longitudinal spinal cord fracture were summarized.Results:15 cases of fetal spinal cord prenatal two-dimensional ultrasound were characterized by strong echo separation,with spinal cord compression,spinal arch spacing and expansion,spinal cone position downward,some fetuses often with other neural tube malformation,three-dimensional ultrasound can directly show the location and number of surrounding tissue in the spinal crown.Conclusion:Two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound are important for fetal spinal cord fracture.
