百万扩招:高职校企合作育人的时代变革

校企合作育人在服务就业民生、优化人才供给结构、助推类型教育转变等方面彰显着重要的时代价值。面对百万扩招带来的招生数量骤增、生源结构多元、教育资源紧缺及教学方式变革问题对校企合作育人提出的全新挑战,高职院校亟须加强与企业之间的有效合作,在人才培养模式.教育教学资源、教学管理质量等方面确立特色发展、规模发展、质量发展等多维目标,通过思维变革,结构优化、制度设计等路径,强化以人为本的价值观、能力为重的育人观以及质量为基的管理观。优化校企合作育人的实践生态,促进高等职业教育内涵式发展及社会经济的可持续发展。

School-enterprise cooperation education is playing a great role in serving peoples livelihood,optimizing the structure of talent supply,and promoting the transformation of vocational education as type education.Faced with the new challenges brought by the sudden increase in the number of enrollments,the diversified student source structure,the shortage of educational resources and the reform of teaching methods under the background of enrollment expansion,the multi-dimensional goals of characteristic development,scale development,and quality development need to be established by higher vocational colleges on the basis of talent training models co-creation,education and teaching resources sharing and the quality of teaching management.Under the guidance of those goals,people-oriented value,ability-first view and quality-based concept should be emphasized to optimize the practice ecology of school-enterprise cooperative education,and promote the connotative development of higher vocational education and the sustainable development of social economy.
