摘要
成人教育学专业研究生高质量发展是综合素质、专业能力和就业能力的高品质发展.:目前一些培养单位存在教育动力不足、培养目标定位失当、课程建设质量不高、教学模式老化、教育教学过程管理松懈等问题,严重影响着成人教育学专业研究生的发展质量。推进成人教育学专业研究生高质量发展是新时期继续教育发展和研究生教育改革发展的必然要求,培养单位和导师应提升教育动力、科学定位培养目标、履行课程建设责任、注重教学改革、严格过程管理,研究生个体应增强专业认同。
The high-quality development of adult pedagogy postgraduates is the high-quality development of comprehensive quality,professional ability and employment ability.At present,there are such problems in some training units as lack of educational motivation,improper orientation of training objectives,low quality of curriculum construction,aging of teaching mode,lax management of education and teaching process,which affect the development quality of adult pedagogy postgraduates.Promoting the high-quality development of postgraduates majoring in adult pedagogy is an inevitable requirement for the development of continuing education and the reform and development of postgraduate education in the new era.Educational motivation should be enhanced,with scientific orientation of training objectives,strict process management,and fulfilling curriculum construction responsibilities,paying attention to teaching reform while the postgraduates should enhance their professional identity.
