管桩倾斜检测用同轴定位装置的设计与应用

摘要 管桩垂直度的要求较高,对管桩倾斜度的检测非常重要。传统检测中,往往由于同轴定位误差问题而导致测量精度偏低。本文结合深圳市固戍水质净化厂二期实际工程,研发了一种同轴定位装置,不仅能提高管桩倾斜度的测量精度,而且实现了倾斜方位的测量。论文介绍了该装置的测量原理,重点分析了同轴定位装置的基本结构。研究认为,该定位装置的外轮廓可扩展调整,能够满足不同内径的管桩倾斜度测量,并且能适应管桩内壁凹凸不平条件下的测量,达到了提高管桩倾斜角和方位角测量精度的目的。该装置能够解决管桩施工完成后的倾斜度测量过程繁琐(现有装置需在打桩前预埋测量件)、测斜仪与管桩同轴度差(测斜仪支架难居中)的问题,也解决了同一种测试仪器不能用于不同直径的管桩、管桩全深度测量困难(管桩内壁平整度不同、接桩截面)以及不能同时测量管桩的倾斜角和方位角等问题。 The requirement of verticality of pipe pile is strict, so it is very important to detect the inclination of pipe pile. In traditional detection, the measurement accuracy is often low due to the coaxial positioning error. In this paper, combined with the project practice of Gushu water purification plant phase Ⅱ in Shenzhen city, a coaxial positioning device is studied, which could not only improve the measurement accuracy of pile inclination, but realize the measurement of inclination azimuth. The measuring principle of this kind of device is introduced, and the basic structure of the coaxial positioning device is mainly analyzed. The study shows that the external profile of the device can be adjusted, which can measure the inclination of pipe piles with different inner diameters, and is adaptive to the uneven inner wall of pipe piles so as to improve the measurement preciseness of the inclination angle and azimuth angle. The device can simplify the complicated inclinometer measurement process after the construction of pipe pile(the existing device needs to embed measuring parts before piling) and the problem of coaxiality difference between inclinometer and pipe pile(the support of inclinometer is difficult right in the center). It also solves the problems that the same measuring instrument cannot be used for pipe piles with different diameters, the difficulty of measuring the full depth of pipe piles(the different flatness of inner wall of pipe piles, the section of pile connections) and the difficulty of measuring the inclination angle and azimuth of pipe piles at the same time.
