摘要 本文以嵊州车站路基段路堑锚固桩为研究对象,提出了旋挖钻机成孔矩形截面锚固桩施工工艺,并进行了可行性研究分析,详细介绍了旋挖钻机快速成孔矩形截面锚固桩施工技术。结果表明:矩形截面锚固桩采用旋挖钻机和干钻、干灌施工工艺,不仅技术上可行,而且很大程度上缩短了工期并保证了施工安全,经济效益良好。对同类工程施工具有借鉴意义。 A case study of anchor pile project in Shengzhou Railway Station subgrade section is carried out. The construction technique of rectangular section anchor piles with rotary bucket angering method is put forward, and the feasibility is studied. The rapid boring construction technique of rectangular section anchor piles with bucket augering rig is introduced in detail. The results show that the rectangular section anchor piles bored without slurry is not only technically feasible, but the construction period is shortened greatly, the construction is safe and economical. It can be referred by the construction of similar projects.
