帕金森病中医证候量表的信度与效度评价

Reliability and Validity Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale for Parkinson’s Disease

目的评价帕金森病中医证候量表的可信度与稳定性。方法帕金森病中医证候量表共8个维度,29个症状变量,采用该量表对447例帕金森病患者进行信息采集及评分。计算量表各维度的克朗巴赫系数以评价量表的内部一致性;使用各维度的相关系数以评价量表重测信度;使用各条目与维度间的相关系数以评价量表的内容效度;使用探索性因子分析以评价量表的结构信度。结果帕金森病中医证候量表总体的克朗巴赫系数为0.730,总体的分半信度为0.734,量表的各维度的克朗巴赫系数为0.589~0.902、分半信度值为0.411~0.823,总体重测信度值为0.954,量表各条目与所属维度之间的相关系数为0.704~0.895,因子分析中,量表所有条目的载荷绝对值均>0.5,提取相应维度的共同度为70.5%~90.5%。结论帕金森病中医证候量表信度与效度较高,能够较好地满足临床测量的实际需求,可行性好。

Objective To evaluate the reliability and stability of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scale for parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods This TCM syndrome scale was composed of 8 dimensions and 29 symptoms,and was used to collect data of 447 PD patients.The Cronbach’s alpha of each dimension of the scale was calculated to evaluate the internal consistency;the correlation coefficient of each dimension was used to measure testretest reliability;the correlation coefficient between each item and dimension was calculated to evaluate the content validity of the scale;and the exploratory factor analysis was performed to evaluate the structural reliability.Results The overall Cronbach’s alpha of the scale was 0.730,and the overall split-half reliability was 0.734;the Cronbach’s alpha of each dimension of the scale ranged from 0.589 to 0.902,and the split-half reliability value was between0.411 and 0.823.The overall test-retest reliability value was 0.954.The correlation coefficient between each item and the corresponding dimension ranged between 0.704 and 0.895.In the factor analysis,the absolute value of the factor loading of each item in the scale was all greater than 0.5,and the communality of the corresponding dimension was between 70.5% and 90.5%.Conclusion The TCM syndrome scale for PD has high reliability and validity,which better satisfies the actual clinical needs and has good feasibility.
