三批国家药品集中采购在某三级医院实行情况分析

Analysis of the implementation of three batches of national drug centralized procurement in a tertiary hospital

目的分析三批国家药品集中采购在某院实行情况,为进一步推进药品集中采购工作提供参考。方法收集某院2018年-2020年国家集采药品使用相关数据,对限定日费用(DDC)、相关药品价格.药品类别构成、仿制药一致性评价情况等进行统计分析,结果目前某院已经执行三批集中采购,集采中标药品DDC明显下降,第一、二、三批中标药品DDC下降≥50%的品种分别占各批次总数量的68.42%、100%、86.84%,最高降幅达98.9%。某院涉及集采药品数量逐渐增加,药品类别多样化,由第一批的19个品种增加到第三批的40个品种,未通过一致性评价的仿制药自主退出市场。结论药品集中采购政策正取得积极作用,明显降低患者药费支出,集采药品品种范围扩大,为更多患者提供价低质优的药品。

0b jective To analyxe the implementation of three batches of national dnug centralized in a hospial,and to provide reference for further promotion of the centralized drug purchase.Methods The data of the use of national centralized procurement of drugs in a hospital from 20181o 2020 were cllcted,and defined daily cost(DDC).drug prices.types of dnugs.generic drug consisteney evaluation were analyzed.Results Al present,a hospital has implemented three batches of centralized procurement.the DDC of selected drugs is decreased significanly,he DDC of the frst,second and third batches of selected drugs decreased by≥50%,accounted for 68.42%,100%,and 86.84%of the total number of batches,with the highest decreased rate of 98.9%.The number of drugs involved in centralized procurement has gradually increased,and the lypes of drugs have been diversifed.from 19 varieties in the first batch to 40 varieties in the third batch.Generic drugs that failed the consistency evaluation withdrew from the market independently.Conc lus ion The policy of centralized drug procurement is gaining positive rsusinificantly reducing patient drug expenditures.expanding the range of centralized drug products,and providing more patients with low-priced and high-quality drugs.
