皮质类固醇激素药膏联合纱布敷料包扎在P ICC置管后反复接触性皮炎合并感染患者中的应用

Cortex steroid hormone ointment with gauze dressings bandage in PICC catheter after repeated application of contact dermatitis to merge infection patients

目的研究皮质类固醇激素药膏联合纱布敷料包扎在PICC置管后反复接触性皮炎合并感染患者中的应用效果。方法将广州新海医院收治的60例PICC置管后反复接触性皮炎合并感染患者依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。所有患者均使用皮质类固醇激素药膏。对照组加用透气贴膜,观察组加用纱布敷料联合水胶体敷料。对比分析两组患者治疗情况。结果两组患者创面愈合时间对比,观察组更短;1周后感染率组间对比,观察组更低(p<0.05);两组置管移位、脱管发生率对比差异不显著(p>0.05)。干预前两组皮肤损伤严重程度对比,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。干预1周后,两组皮肤损伤严重程度对比,观察组显著更轻(p<0.05)。护理满意度组间对比,观察组总满意度显著更高(p<0.05)。结论皮质类固醇激素药膏联合纱布敷料联合水胶体敷料能够有效促进PICC置管后反复接触性皮炎合并感染患者创面愈合,降低感染率,具有较高护理满意度。

Objective Sudy the cortex steroid hormone ointment with gauze dressings bandage in PICC catheter after repeated contact dermatitis to incorporate the application effect in infection patients.Methods To the records of PICC catheter in our hospital after repeated contact dermatitis of 60 patients with infection on the basis of random indicator method is divided into control group and observation group.30 cases in each group.Corticosteroids should be used in all patients with ointment.The control group with breathable flm,observation group added with gauze dressings joint hydrollid dressings.Analysis of two groups of patients.Results Two groups of patients with wound healing time,obserwation group is shorter;1 weeks after infection rate between groups,observation group was lower(P<0.05);two groups of catheter displacement,pipe of incidence of contrast,no significant dfferenee(P>0.05).Before itervention,wo groups of skin damage severity contrast,there was no satisticallyl signifcant dffrence(P>0.05).Intervention afer one week,wo groups of skin damage severity,observation group was significanly lighter(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction comparison between groups,observation group total satisfaction significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclus ion Cortex steroid hormone ointment with gauze dressings hydrolloid dressings can effecively promote the PICC catheter after repeated contaet dermatitis merge infection wound healing.reduce the infection rate,higher nursing satisfaction.
