基于护理程序导向的系统护理应用于子宫肌瘤患者围手术期的干预价值

The Intervention Value of Systemic Nursing Based on Nursing Procedure Orientation Applied to Patients with Uterine Fibroids in the Perioperative Period

目的探究子宫肌瘤患者围手术期护理干预中应用基于护理程序导向的系统护理取得的效果。方法选择子宫肌瘤患者60例作为研究对象(时间2019年8月-2021年8月),患者均进行手术治疗,随机分成对照组(常规护理)与实验组(基于护理程序导向的系统护理),每组30例,比较患者术后首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间,以及术后并发症发生率。结果实验组术后首次排便时间,首次下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异显著(p<0.05);实验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异显著(p<0.05)。结论基于护理程序导向的系统护理应用于子宫肌瘤患者围手术期具有很高的干预价值。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention of patients with uterine fibroids by applying systemic nursing based on nursing procedures.Met hods Sixty patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the research objects(from August 2019 to August 2021).The patients were treated with surgery and were randomly divided into a control group(routine care)and an experimental group(systematic care based on nursing procedures),30cases in each group,compare the time of the first bowel movement,the time of getting out of bed for the first time,the length of hospitalization,and the incidence of postoperative complications.Results The time of first bowel movement,the time of getting out of bed,and the length of hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conelusion Systematic nursing based on nursing procedure-oriented application in the perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids has high intervention value.
