手指爬墙运动对乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能恢复的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of finger climbing exercise applied to the recovery of the affected limb function after breast cancer surgery

目的探究手指爬墙运动对乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能恢复的效果。方法选取2019年6月-2020年6月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院收治的乳腺癌术后患者100例,随机分为两组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规康复干预,观察组给予手指爬墙运动,比较两组患肢功能恢复情况、负性情绪与生活质量。结果观察组干预后手指爬墙高度高于对照组,肩关节活动度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后SAS.SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后FACT-B总分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论将手指爬墙运动运用于乳腺癌术后患者的康复进程,能够改善患肢功能,且对于减轻其负性情绪、改善其生活质量具有重要意义。

0bjective To explore the efect of finger elimbing exercise applied to functional recovery of afected limbs after breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 100 postoperative breast cancer patients admitted from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into 1two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was given finger climbing exercises.The functional recovery.negative emotions and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The height of the fingers elimbing the wall afer intervention in the observation group was higher than that of the control groupand the range of shoulder joint mobility was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total score of FACT-B was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),Conc lus ion Finger climbing exercise applied to patients afler breas cancer surgery can efectively promole the recovery of the afeted limbo.relieve the patients'negative enotions,and sgnifranly improve their quality of life.
