中药汤剂结合西药治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效及对血脂和炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine on blood lipid and inflammatory factors in patients with ischemic stroke

目的探讨中药汤剂结合西药治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效及对血脂和炎症因子水平的影响,总结相关临床经验。方法选择湖南省常德市石门县人民医院收治的88例缺血性脑卒中患者纳入到此次研究对象当中,随机抽取44名患者作为本次研究的观察组行中药汤剂结合西药治疗;其余44名患者作为对照组进行西药治疗,研究对象纳入时间为2019年6月-2021年6月,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者中有25例显效、16例有效,3例无效,治疗总有效率为93.18%,对照组患者中有21例显效、12例有效、11例无效,治疗总有效率为75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的TNF-α.IL-8.hs-CRP炎症因子水平比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的TNF-α、IL-8.hs-CRP炎症因子水平均有了一定的改善,且观察组改善较为明显,两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的LDL-C.TG、TC血脂水平比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组的LDL-C.TG、TC血脂水平均逐渐降低,且观察组均明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.0S).结论对缺血性脑卒中患者行中药汤剂结合西药治疗,较好地改善了患者的临床指标,能够调节炎症因子水平,且改善了血脂指标,值得推广。

0bjective To explore the eficacy of traditional Chinese medieine decoction combined with westerm medieine in the treatment of patients with ischemie stroke and is ffret on the level of blood lipid and inflammatory factors.and to summarize relevant eclinical experence.Methods 88 patients with ischemic stroke treated in our hospital were ineluded in this study.44 patients were randomly selected as the observation group and treated with traditional Chinese medieine decoction combined with western medieine.The other 44 patients were trated with wester medicine as the control group.The suhjects were ineluded from June 2019 to June 2021.The therapeutic efetse of the lwo groups were compared.Results 25 cases in the observation group were significantly efective,16 cases were ffeetive and 3 rases were ifeeve.The total effecive rate was 93.18%.21 eases in the control group were significanly eferive12 cases were efeetive and 11 cases were ifeetive.The total efetive rate was 75.00%(P<0.05);before treatment,TNF in bhoth groups-o.there was litle diference in the levels of IL-8 and hs-CRP inflammatory factors(P>0.05):afer treatment.TNF in bhoth groups-a.the levels of IL-8 and hs-CRP inlammatory fartors were improved to some extenl,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group.There was significant difference between the Iwo groups(P<0.05);there was no significant dfference in the levels of LDL-C,TG and TC between the two groups befor treatment(P>0.05);after treatment.the levels of L.DL-C,TC and TC in the observaion group and the control group deereased gradually.and the observation group was significanly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conc lus ion The treatment of ischemice stroke patients with traditional Chinese medicine rdecoction combined with westerm mediceine can better improve the elinical indexes,regulate the leve!of inlammatory faclors and improve the blood lipid indexes.which is worthy of popularization.
